1.- OUR ORGANIZATION IN BENALMADENA

We have been renting directly the apartment C we own, since 2001, and are pleased to have clients that return to us on a regular basis, delighted by the breathtaking Mediterranean and mountains views from the apartment, the souvenir of the games in the pool or in the beach nearby.

Our gardener Juan will welcome you on your arrival, and will show you the apartment. He will provide all necessary explanation on keys, house, and his wife, who has cleaned and prepared everything to let you have a comfortable stay, will be available in case you require babysitting.

In case you contac us by e-mail and get no reply within one or two days, please be so kind to send us again a copy of your original mail note, as all incoming e-mails are always addressed and silence can only be related to a technical problem.

2.- PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

4th floor, elevator.Two Bedrooms (four single beds) Livingroom with double sofabed, kitchen, bathroom (jacuzzi),  (accommodates six people), 70 square meters.

An apartment located on top of a rock overlooking the bay, just a five-minute walk from the beach. The beach restaurants -"Chiringuitos"-offer fresh fish and paella with chilled wine. Or you can dine out in style at a wide variety of luxury restaurants offering world-class cuisine. Ten minutes from the sea front in Fuengirola, one of the most picturesque villages on the Costa del Sol with daytime and nighttime entertainment all year round.

You can sunbathe here in Jaunary (see temperature chart). Also a 25-minute walk from the large leisure harbor in Benalmadena, where you can rent a boat, sign up for a sailing or underwater diving course, go tuna fishing, or even visit Morocco (a one-hour ferry).

Upon arrival, give 50% cash to the person indicated by owner. You will be given you a receipt. A security deposit must be paid in the form of a cashier's check, which will be returned to the client at check-out. The amount is 120 Euros.
