1.- OUR ORGANIZATION IN BENALMADENA

We have been renting directly the villa we own, since 1996, and are pleased to have clients that return to us on a regular basis, delighted by the breathtaking Mediterranean and mountains views from the villa, the confort of the house, the souvenir of the games in the garden around the pool or in the beach nearby, or the taste of a meal with friends and family in the barbecue outside.

Our gardener Juan will welcome you on your arrival, and will show you the villa. He will provide all necessary explanation on keys, house, garden and pool lightning, and his wife, who has cleaned and prepared everything to let you have a comfortable stay, will be available in case you require babysitting.

In case you contac us by e-mail and get no reply within one or two days, please be so kind to send us again a copy of your original mail note, as all incoming e-mails are always addressed and silence can only be related to a technical problem.

2.- PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa(8-9 people) in Benalmadena, 270 sq. meters, located in a very quiet detached housing development, 1000 meters from the beach and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Four bedrooms, living room (77 sq. meters), spacious full-equiped kitchen with counter overlooking the sitting roon, two bathrooms and one lavatory. Big hall entrance that can be converted into a 5th bedroom, as villa benefits from alternative entries, living room and wide glass doors to access to 1000 sq. meters well cared garden and private swimming pool, fruit trees. Two terraces, chimney, barbecue, two-car garage.

Direct access from motorway. Our gardener, Juan, comes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons all year round, to take care of the garden and pool.

AMENITIES: Parking, Fully equipped kitchen, Microwave, Oven, TV, CD, Video, Satellite dish, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Linens, Fully furnished, etc.

PRIVATE POOL CAN BE HEATED, BUT EXTRA ENERGY COST IS NOT INCLUDED IN RENT

Upon arrival, give 50% cash to the person indicated by owner. You will be given you a receipt. A security deposit must be paid in the form of a cashier's check, which will be returned to the client at check-out. The amount is 120 Euros.
