1.- OUR ORGANIZATION IN BENALMADENA
We have been renting directly the townhouse we own, since 2000, and are pleased to have clients that return to us on a regular basis, delighted by the breathtaking Mediterranean and mountains views
Our gardener Juan will welcome you on your arrival, and will show you the townhouse. He will provide all necessary explanation on keys, house, garden and his wife, who has cleaned and prepared everything to let you have a comfortable stay, will be available in case you require babysitting.
In case you contact us by e-mail and get no reply within one or two days, please be so kind to send us again a copy of your original mail note, as all incoming e-mails are always addressed and silence can only be related to a technical problem.
Townhouse (6-7 people) just 200 meters away fron beach, located in charming "Pueblo - style" touristic village (narrow streets), tropical gardens, swiming pool, etc. on a rock overlooking the bay.
Two bedroom (4 single beds), hall with a double bed sofa, living-room with an additional single portable-bed stored in one the wardrobes, full equipped kitchen, one bathroom and lavatory, two terraces (one looking to the sea and the other looking to the mountain, chimney.
Townhouse located on top of a rock overlooking the bay, just a five-minute walk from the beach. The beach restaurants -"Chiringuitos"- offer fresh fish and paella with chilled wine. Or you can dine out in style at a wide variety of luxury restaurants offering world-class cuisine. Ten minutes from the sea front in Fuengirola, one of the most picturesque villages on the Costa del So with daytime and nighttime entertainment all year round.
You can sunbathe here in Jaunary (see temperature chart). Also a 25-minute walk from the large leisure harbor in Benalmadena,where you can rent a boat, sign up for a sailing or underwater diving course, go tuna fishing, or even visit Morocco (a one-hour ferry).
